We are a fintech catering to the B2B segment. We are in alliance with multiple banks, NBFCs, and top ERPs. Hylobiz has an inclusive work culture.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized writer for Hylobiz who would be willing to put in the effort to deliver quality content. You will work with a team of enthusiasts responsible for brand building, brand recognition, and brand awareness.

Eligibility and required skills

  • Any Graduate/ Postgraduate with a passion for writing.
  • Consistent and persuasive writing and communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • A positive disposition and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proven work experience, please share a portfolio of your published articles or a sample of your write-ups.
  • A basic understanding of SEO and basic keyword research will be preferred.
  • MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Have research-oriented skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Continuous learner.


  • Basic knowledge of a creative design tool like Canva.
  • A degree in commerce/ marketing/ banking/ business management.
  • Fintech/finance/banking/marketing domain experience.
  • Basic knowledge of web traffic and blog traffic analysis.
  • Basic knowledge about all social channels.
  • Willing to organize, host and conduct webinars and Live events.


  • You need to collaborate with cross teams and write content for our website blogs, website pages, case studies, newsletters, email/SMS/WhatsApp, PR, brochures, social media content, content marketing campaigns, and more based on continuous requirements. Adherence to the company’s guidelines and crafting SEO-optimized content are a must.
  • You will play an integral role in creating, building, and maintaining influencer brand relations. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing and Social Media teams to develop influencer strategies that align directly with business goals.
  • Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent thought leaders to coordinate online events such as webinars and Live sessions. Negotiate contracts and organization micro and macro influencer programs that are focused on driving revenue
